1 ½ lb flank steak
2 large bell peppers
1 large yellow onion
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
8 flour tortillas

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips as well.

    In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
