8 large eggs
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup corn kernels
1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
4 oz green chiles
½ medium onion
1 jalapeno
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble or chop.

    Finely chop the onion and jalapeno. If using canned green chiles, drain them.
