In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the glaze.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Pour the prepared glaze over the chicken in the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has thickened.
