1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
3 clove garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
15 oz pumpkin puree
28 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz black beans
2 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 lime
¼ cup cilantro

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
