Slice the cabbage thinly. Dice the bell pepper and onion. Mince the garlic and ginger.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
