2 clove garlic
14 ½ oz diced tomatoes
2 cup beef broth
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp relish

    In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

    Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

    Stir in the diced tomatoes (undrained), beef broth, uncooked elbow macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
