
Creamy Tomato Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in the heavy cream until well combined.

Add the drained pasta and grated parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
