1 cup white rice
2 cup water
0.5 medium yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
0.5 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cold water
0.75 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
