Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse 15 oz of canned chickpeas.
In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of paprika, 0.5 tsp of garlic powder, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.25 tsp of black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
