2 cans, drained and rinsed chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Pat the chickpeas completely dry with a paper towel.

    In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil.
