1 lbs ground lamb
0.5 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
0.5 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Finely mince the onion and garlic. Chop the fresh oregano.

    In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, garlic, fresh oregano, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

    Roll the mixture into approximately 16-20 meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
