¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup milk
3 eggs
½ cup cheddar cheese
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 425F (220C) and place a 10-inch oven-safe skillet or cast-iron pan in the oven to heat up.

    While the skillet heats, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

    Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Add the butter and swirl to coat the bottom and sides of the pan as it melts.
