Instructions

  1. 1

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

  3. 3

Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. 4

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.

  5. 5

Add uncooked fettuccine pasta to the pot, ensuring it's mostly submerged. Cook according to pasta package directions, or until al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

  6. 6

Stir in Alfredo sauce and heavy cream. Bring back to a gentle simmer.

  7. 7

Return the cooked chicken to the pot. Stir in Parmesan cheese and the remaining 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is heated through.

  8. 8

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
