2 cup spinach
0.5 cup feta cheese
3 piece eggs
2 piece large tortillas
1 tsp olive oil
0.25 tsp salt
0.13 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Wilt the spinach in a skillet with 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from skillet and roughly chop.

    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.

    Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet over medium heat. Scramble until almost cooked through. Stir in the chopped spinach and feta cheese. Cook until eggs are fully set.
