Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse 15 oz of canned chickpeas.
Pat the chickpeas very dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. This step is essential for getting them crispy.
In a medium bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of chili powder, 0.5 tsp of cumin, 0.5 tsp of garlic powder, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.25 tsp of cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes to 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
