
Brown Butter Corn Pasta
A rich and savory pasta dish featuring sweet corn kernels simmered in nutty brown butter, tossed with al dente pasta and finished with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta is cooking, melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, swirling occasionally, until the butter turns golden brown and smells nutty.

Add minced garlic to the brown butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the corn kernels and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the drained pasta, grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss to combine and coat the pasta. Add more pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
