15 oz black beans
1 cup corn
0.5 cup red bell pepper
3 tbsp fresh cilantro
1.5 whole lime
0.5 cup Greek yogurt
1 whole avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
0.5 tsp chili powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

    Rinse and drain the black beans. Finely dice the red bell pepper and chop the fresh cilantro.
