1 head cauliflower
0.5 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.5 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Gradually whisk in the water until you have a smooth batter. Add the olive oil and mix well.

    Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until evenly coated.

    Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.

    Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
