3 cups cooked rice
1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
1 large eggs
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tsp sesame oil
0.25 tsp salt
0.13 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Mince the garlic finely.

    Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Scramble the egg until just cooked, then remove and set aside.

    Add the remaining 0.5 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

    Add the cooked rice to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

    Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine evenly with the rice.
