4 piece chicken thighs
0.5 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 piece egg
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

    In a shallow dish, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

    In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.

    Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Dip each chicken thigh first into the egg-milk mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to help the coating adhere.

    Place the coated chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the vegetable oil evenly over the tops of the chicken pieces.
