Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Discard any excess marinade. Brush the tops of the chicken with vegetable oil.
