Instructions
Drain and rinse the 2 cans chickpeas. Place them in a medium bowl.
Mash the chickpeas with a fork until mostly broken down.
Add the 0.25 cup flour, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tsp onion powder, 0.5 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
Shape the mixture into 8 piece small patties or fritters.
Heat the 3 tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully place the fritters in the hot skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook for 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.

Remove fritters from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm.
