Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let cool while preparing the filling.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in Baileys Irish Cream, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated after each addition.

Bake at 325°F for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
