1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium carrots
0.5 large bell pepper
0.5 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp gochujang
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    Slice chicken breast thinly against the grain. Chop broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and grate ginger.

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to make the sauce.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
