Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine 0.5 cup rolled oats and 1 cup vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until oats are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid.
