
Chili Lime Chicken Thighs

Zest one lime and juice all three limes. In a bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.

Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade. Place chicken thighs on the preheated grill.
