2 lbs Brussel sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil
0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.

    Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.

    While sprouts are roasting, combine balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly thickened into a glaze.
