10 oz tortilla chips
30 oz black beans
1 cup diced tomatoes
0.5 cup diced red onion
1 cup diced bell pepper
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse and drain black beans. In a bowl, combine black beans with diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced bell pepper, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
