15 oz chickpeas
0.25 cup tahini
0.25 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
0.25 cup olive oil
0.25 cup water
0.5 tsp ground cumin
0.5 tsp salt

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt.

Process until smooth. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and 0.25 cup of water until the hummus is creamy and smooth.
