Butterfly and pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 4 equal portions.

Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
