12 oz linguine
8 tbsp unsalted butter
0.5 cup heavy cream
2 tsp lemon zest
0.25 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 cup fresh parsley

Instructions

    Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
