1.5 lbs chicken thighs
0.25 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
0.5 cup soy sauce
0.25 cup honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 stalks green onions
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

    Pat the chicken thighs dry and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Toss the chicken pieces with all-purpose flour until lightly coated.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the floured chicken pieces in a single layer (work in batches if necessary) and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
