
Spicy Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with Arrabbiata Sauce

Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 4 equal portions.

Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
