
Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
