12 oz linguine
1 lb large shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
4 clove garlic
1 lemon
3 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup fresh parsley

Instructions

    Peel and devein the shrimp. Zest the lemon, then juice it. Mince the garlic.

    In a large skillet or Dutch oven, combine the linguine, olive oil, minced garlic, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
