Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a second shallow dish, whisk eggs.

In a third shallow dish, place breadcrumbs.

Dredge each chicken thigh first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
