¾ cup milk
3 large eggs
2 tbsp unsalted butter
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh chives
½ tsp salt

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, fresh dill, fresh chives, salt, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.

    Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and swirl until melted and lightly browned.
