
Classic Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain. In a bowl, toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Mince garlic and grate ginger. In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, beef broth, remaining cornstarch, sesame oil, and sugar until smooth.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the skillet. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
