3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 stick butter
0.5 cup pepperoncini peppers
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt and black pepper.

    Place the seasoned roast in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the au jus gravy mix, ranch seasoning mix, and water until well combined.

    Pour the gravy mixture over the roast.

    Place the stick of butter on top of the roast. Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
