2 ½ lb Yukon Gold potatoes
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup fresh dill
2 tbsp fresh chives
2 stalk celery
¼ cup red onion
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water by about an inch. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

    Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes thoroughly.
