Prepare the chicken by cutting 1.5 lbs of chicken breast into 1-inch wide strips.

In three shallow dishes, prepare the dredging station: one with 0.5 cup all-purpose flour seasoned with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper, one with 2 beaten large eggs, and one with 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs mixed with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp onion powder, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Dip each chicken tender first into the seasoned flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the panko mixture. Press gently to adhere.

Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
