
Classic Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Toss with salt and pepper.

Mince garlic and grate ginger. Prepare broccoli florets.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, water, cornstarch, and sugar. Set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the skillet. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over everything and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli, about 1-2 minutes.
