
Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta
A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce.

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

While pasta cooks, cut chicken breast into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Mince garlic.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter to the skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
