
Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Pecans

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts. Cut any larger sprouts in half.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop into small pieces. Reserve 2 tbsp of the bacon fat in the skillet.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet with the reserved bacon fat. Toss to coat.
Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil and 3 tbsp maple syrup. Season with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper. Toss to combine.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.

Add the chopped bacon and 0.5 cup pecans to the roasted Brussels sprouts. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
