
Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Pecans
Tender Brussels sprouts roasted with crispy bacon and a sweet maple glaze, finished with crunchy pecans.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and halve them. If large, quarter them.

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings in the skillet.

Add the prepared Brussels sprouts to the skillet with the bacon drippings. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, chop the cooked bacon into small pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and the chopped cooked bacon.
