1 lb beef sirloin
12 oz wide rice noodles
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic
2 whole red chilies
1 cup Thai basil
0.25 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

    Thinly slice the beef sirloin. Mince garlic and finely chop red chilies. Roughly chop the Thai basil.

    Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, water, and lime juice.

    Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add the sliced beef to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned.

    Pour the prepared sauce mixture into the wok. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute until slightly thickened.

    Add the cooked rice noodles and Thai basil to the wok. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the sauce.
