0.25 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 stalks green onions
1 tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
